We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as information collected automatically when you use our services.

A. Personal Data You Provide:

• Account Information: Name, email address, password, phone number, and company name when registering.
• Digital Business Card Profile: Information you choose to display on your cards, such as profile picture, job title, company name, address, contact numbers, social media links, website URLs, and custom text.
• Billing Information: Payment gateway details (handled securely by our third-party payment partner). We do not store credit/debit card numbers directly on our servers.

B. Automatically Collected Data:

• Device and Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device identifier, and page interaction data.
• Analytics: Aggregate usage data regarding card views, clicks on card social links, and traffic patterns.

We process your information to provide, run, and improve our Platform. Specifically, we use your information to:

• Create, publish, and host your digital business cards.
• Provide the QR codes and sharing capabilities for your cards.
• Process account registration, manage subscriptions, and send invoice details.
• Respond to customer support inquiries and communicate with you about your account.
• Track card view analytics so you can check how many views your cards receive.
• Protect against fraud, unauthorized card access, and ensure network security.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Publicly Visible Cards: The details you place on your digital business cards are intended for public display when someone visits your card URL or scans your card QR code.
• Payment Gateway: Payment details are securely processed via Razorpay or other designated payment processors to execute payment transactions.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or database storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies (small text files saved on your browser) to ensure proper functioning of our platform, maintain secure user logins, remember session states, and understand site traffic patterns. You can manage or disable cookies in your web browser settings, though doing so may limit your access to certain features of our platform.

You have control over the data you publish on Clickcard. You can exercise these controls directly from your account:

• Edit Profile/Cards: You can edit or modify the contents of your digital cards at any time via the User Dashboard.
• Card Status: You can choose to suspend or delete individual cards to stop public access.
• Delete Account: You can request account deletion by contacting support, which will remove your personal data and digital cards from our active servers.
